The Ski Collective.

If you’re anything like me, skiing isn’t just a winter sport—it’s part of who you are. From the first snowfall to the last slushy spring run, chasing powder, carving lines, and pushing limits. There is a rush that skiing gives you no matter your skill level. One thing’s for sure - the right gear can completely transform your time on the mountain.

This is more than just another list of ski gear; this is a collective of tested, trusted, and straight-up awesome equipment that I could bet my best run on. Whether you’re a backcountry explorer, a park rat, or someone who just loves a good groomer, we’ve got picks that will keep you warm, dry, and ready for anything the mountain throws your way.

So grab a coffee (or après beer), settle in, and let’s talk gear. Because if you’re going to send it, you might as well do it right.

From the West Coast to the Rockies and all the way to the Northeast, one thing is clear: cold hands f#*$ing suck. That's where Kinco Gloves come in, the must-have ski gloves for skiers, snowboarders, and outdoor enthusiasts who demand warmth, reliability, and durability.

Kinco gloves are trusted for their rugged durability, premium materials, and unbeatable price. Built to withstand the harshest conditions, these gloves ensure your hands stay warm and comfortable no matter what the weather throws at you. While cold toes might still be a concern, with Kinco gloves, you’ll never have to worry about freezing fingers again.

Trew ski gear is where performance meets bold design. Built for skiers who don’t settle for less, Trew’s outerwear is engineered to handle any condition—whether you’re tackling powder-filled backcountry or carving through groomers. The gear combines top-tier functionality with eye-catching aesthetics, so you never have to sacrifice style for performance. Tough, dependable, and designed for any environment, Trew gear is the go-to choice for skiers and snowboarders who demand the highest quality, because it’s not all about getting there, it’s about looking good while you do it too.

For me après is one Lawsons Lil Sip and that’s about it but for skiers who enjoy après-ski as much as the slopes—and know how uncomfortable ski boots can be at the bar—it's time to upgrade to Fubuki boots. These boots are the perfect solution for the après-ski footwear dilemma, offering the ideal blend of comfort, warmth, and durability.

Lightweight and easy to slip on, Fubuki après-ski boots keep your feet cozy and relaxed after a long day in stiff ski boots. Say goodbye to clunky, uncomfortable footwear and hello to après-ski bliss. Whether you’re lounging at the lodge or hitting the town, Fubuki boots are the ultimate choice for post-ski relaxation.

Upgrade your après and give your feet a break.

Most skiers start out at the resort, riding the lifts up and skiing down all day. But there’s an entire world of skiing that doesn’t rely on lifts—backcountry skiing. If you’re curious about exploring uphill travel and the freedom of the backcountry, it doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive to get started.

For starters, Day Maker Touring uphill adapters are game-changing. These innovative adapters easily fit into your existing ski bindings, allowing you to transform your regular downhill setup into an affordable and functional backcountry ski rig.

If you’re ready to break free from the lifts and discover the thrill of backcountry skiing, Day Maker Touring makes it easier than ever to take the first step into the world of uphill skiing. Get started with the right gear and experience the mountains like never before!

When it comes to skis, everyone has their favorite, and mine is the Faction Dancer 3. This all-mountain ski is ready for any challenge, whether you’re snorkeling through powder, ripping groomers, or tackling unexpected snow snakes.

The Dancer 3 is a true all-mountain ski, built to perform in any condition. With its smooth, responsive ride, it makes every run feel better than the last. Versatile, reliable, and just plain fun, the Dancer 3 has been my go-to for years and never disappoints. If you're on the hunt for high-performance skis that handle everything winter throws at you, the Faction Dancer 3 is a top choice.

That being said, I’m currently in the market for something new! Feel free to reach out if you got any recommendations.

Odds and Ends

Ski Straps

This might just be a personal pet peeve, but skis need ski straps! Sure, the brakes do a decent job keeping them together—until they don’t. The moment they fall over or get tossed in your car, they separate and become a hassle. I use Voile ski straps, but honestly, any brand will do. Just grab a couple next time you’re at your local ski shop—you’ll thank yourself later.

Face mask

A quality ski mask is a must-have for any skier. Some old-timer “tough guys” might go without, but that’s wild to me. I use the Phunkshun convertible balaclava because it’s thin, breathable, and comfortable. If you’re looking for the best ski face mask, there are plenty of great options out there—Blackstrap, Coal, Mons Royale, and more. Whether you need a lightweight ski mask, moisture-wicking balaclava, or full-face coverage for extreme conditions, find the one that works best for you and elevate your comfort on the slopes.

Patriot Footbeds

Lately, I've been having trouble keeping my heel locked down in my ski boots, and I came across the Patriot Footbeds Liner Sleeve, which promises to solve that issue. I haven't had a chance to test it yet, but I’m excited to give it a try, especially since the reviews are all positive. If you are having any ski boot issues and can’t bring them to a shop, check out Patriot Footbeds they have a lot of options for boot troubles.

Elevate your Everyday.
